Who is going to be my Talent Advisor?

Recruiter.com's experienced team of recruiting professionals has worked with startups to the largest enterprise clients. Our Talent Advisors are all located within the United States and typically have 3+ years in talent acquisitions or Human Resources.

What's the catch?

We keep monthly costs low by making full use of our technology and software. Recruiter.com has a full product management and software team, creating proprietary programs in-house. This technology allows us to be independent in our processing and highly efficient in our work with clients. Our tech does a lot of heavy lifting, which includes automating candidate communications.

What's the commitment?

All plans are based on simple subscriptions. We understand hiring needs to be cyclical, so we designed our model to be flexible. Our plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitments. Select a multi-month plan to receive additional discounts.

Why can't I just use a job board?

Most of our clients come to us after using a job board. There are a few key differences between our solution and job boards. We do the heavy lifting of candidate communications for you, provide greater recruiting assistance and support, and also focus on "passive candidate" outreach - getting to the types of candidates that don't typically apply to job boards.

Do you provide refunds?

We do not provide refunds for our subscriptions, due to the cost of setup and support.
